    Male or Female, 25-30 years old, presentable and with pleasing personality
    Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

    ● To formulate a compensation strategy and benefit package for all employee groups/levels that is competitive, cost-effective and that will attract and retain best-fit talents.
    ● To manage and evaluate the company’s compensation and benefits programs and recommend modifications as may be necessary to achieve the organization’s objectives and maintain its competitive position in the marketplace.
    To collaborate with SBU and Accounting in managing the salary budget.

    * Spearheads the project development process
    * Ensures that recreational activities are maintain to be active and attractive
    * With strong background in water sports and open sea activities
    * Conducts market analysis and financial runs
    * Monitors and ensures that targets are met within budget
    With hotel and banquet management experience
    Ability to develop long term program strategies, Multitask capability, Strong interpersonal relationship management skills, Organized, detail oriented, Budget management & accountability.

    The Team Leader (TL) is directly responsible for managing product knowledge, profitability, quality, and effectiveness for his/her team. His/her daily activities primarily focus on effectively leading and managing a team of CSR to meet company objectives in all areas of employee, client and shareholder satisfaction. This especially includes the developing the competencies of the CSRs and ensuring that behaviours are in alignment with the TransVision goals.  The primary objective of the Team Leader is to meet and exceed set targets through managing operational performance, attendance, and quality of products and services delivered by each CSR within his/her team.

    Male / Female, 31-38 yrs. Old; graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any behavioral science courses.
    At least 8 years of post-qualified in Human Resources Field;
    Manages the compensation and benefits program of the company and ensures accurate and timely payroll processing
    Creates and maintains benefits related files
    Responsible for making certain policies and procedures and are carried out correctly and consistently in all areas.
    Handles Company Employee Relation Activities
    Plans and implements the various Human Resources (HR) programs of the company.
    Administers the training Development Program of the company
    Liaises with government agencies such as, but not limited to SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR, Philhealth, etc.
    Performs salary surveys using local HR information

    Responsible for successful and profitable operation of all sites within assigned region to include management of client expectations and goals; hiring the right people for the jobs within the region to ensure retention of desired associates: coaching and developing people; delivering consistent processes; achieving financial related targets; associate satisfaction. Proactively partner with clients to deliver cost effective, value add, quality solutions. Must be a strong contributor to the senior management team in developing operating strategy, overall profitability and ensuring process improvements for the business unit.

    • Addition or removal of all persons from the Lawson post office(s) and assistance with the Helpline by providing necessary helpful service related email documentation and/or personal assistance to the end user of the email client.
    • Participation on project teams is required.
    • Do all of the software installations, repair, and preventive maintenance required to maintain the E-Mail post office and central Scheduler application.
    • Communicate requirements, measure performance, and provide feedback to internal and external suppliers to ensure alliance toward client satisfaction goals.
    • Maintain stable groupware platforms, for example: Spam control, Blackberry, WebEx, etc..
    • Assist end users of the Groupware solutions.

    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree
    * Min. 2 years OUTBOUND SALES experience from a Call Centre or BPO industry
    * Impeccable communication skills with excellent American accent.
    * Excellent Attendance record, no attendance/tardiness issues from previous employers
    * Excellent Performance record, no performance issues from previous employers
    * Demonstrated skills in outbound sales.
    * Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
    * Must be able to work on graveyard shifts.
    * Preferably with background in handling B2B accounts.
