    We are in need of a Food and Beverage Manager, directly reporting to the owner of the company, basically to oversee the operations of the company.
    We need someone who have excellent leadership skills and can effectively handle improvement trainings for exisiting staff and crew as well as the newbie employees; someone with strong marketing skills who can promptly come up with feasible strategies to promote the company and improve customer service.

    The position is responsible for managing and extending the life cycle of employees in the organization by building and implementing employee retention programs across all sites in the Philippines. He/she would conceptualize and execute events & celebrations, manage disciplinary action and provide ground level HR support to operations through a team based in each location. Internal employee communication through the HR helpdesk as well as other forums would also be a key responsibility.

    Shall look for prospective clients, while continuously developing, and maintaining the existing dealer base
    Coordinate dealer concerns with other departments
    Prepare market and competitor updates
    Shall attend to the daily inquiries, issues, and concerns of clients
    Update dealers on prices, promos, and products
    Place sales orders
    Shall be expected to achieve the required individual/departmental quota set every month

    * Identify potential prospects prepares and executes sales plans, prepares and submits appropriate rates and quotation.
    * Prepares sales Plan, weekly/monthly and updated daily itineraries, submits sales reports, updates. Assist OM and BDM to  attain monthly sales targets.
    * Attain individual monthly and annual sales target.
    * Coordinates/confer technical requirements/queries per client/prospects with BDM and OM.
    * Assists Executes sales Plans to Attain sales and Financial Goals under the Joint supervision of SSICAI Business Head and Operations Manager.

    Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
    At least 3 year(s) of working experience in cash management, credit and collection, warehousing and other administrative functions
    Cagayan De Oro, Davao based applicants preferred
    Good analytical, oral and written communication skills
    With pleasing personality and leadership qualities
    Trustworthy, disiplined, mature and delligent
    Resposible, detail oriented
    Computer literate
    Male or Female, aged 25 to 35

    Has good communication, planning & organizing skills, highly motivated and self driven
    Must have a driver's license and computer literate
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing or equivalent.
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
