Supervises the daily operations of the store.
Leads store in achieving performance targets.
Implements programs to improve over-all efficiency of store operations.
Ensures strict compliance of quality control standards, cash & inventory control standards.
Responsible for the management of operating expenses and food costs.
Serves the training & coaching needs of subordinates.
Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
