    •Actively supports the development of staff through coaching, training, and constructive feedback. Work with supervisor to identify areas where additional staff training is required.
    •Participate in the recruitment process for all new call center staff, including interviews.
    •Assists in script development and revision.
    •Update supervisors on work flow, personnel and provider issues that may impact the operations of the call center.
    •Assists with problem solving and interpersonal conflict resolution within the team on day-to-day, routine basis.
    •Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
