Responsible for organizing, planning and defining the organizational/project structure of the identified key strategic initiatives within the Client Operations. Directly interfaces with the functional organizations associated with identified initiatives and project tasks. Directs and controls all work performed within the framework of the set project management discipline/methodology and has the authority for project/work breakdown structure element's task assignment and master project schedule(s). Responsible for daily communications and formal project reviews with key project stakeholders from the company and the Client. Contribute to establishing a project/program capability and culture within Operations.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to establishing a project/program capability and culture within Operations.
 
Requirements:
• 2 or more years proven track record experience on significant, multiple, complex and strategic projects in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated experience in presentation, consultation, negotiation and process management include the ability to prepare, coordinate and present timely and accurate advice, briefings, reports and complex initiatives.
• Strong change and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, resolve problems and present appropriate business solutions and recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to work independently and with a cross functional team. Ability to resolve issues quickly, professionally and appropriately. Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills with a focus for creative and innovative thinking. Strong technical skills in MS Office Suites (e.g., MS Project, Word, and Excel).
• Strong understanding of the call center operations, change management discipline and project management body of knowledge. Understands the principles of effective teamwork and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and achieve effective outcomes.
• Preferably with Project Management Certification but not required.
• Candidates should be willing to work in a flexible schedule at Eastwood Libis Quezon City.
